Description

Every job is unique. That is why we offer customized remuneration models that are flexibly tailored to your individual needs. Depending on the type of advice or consultancy, billing at a fixed price or on an hourly basis may be the most efficient and highest quality solution. Our 6-hour package generally provides you with a comprehensive overview of the consulting topic and enables an initial legal assessment, establishing a first line of defense, or first reaction in an imminent and ongoing transaction. The Hourly Package 6 includes 6-hours of legal services for the price of CHF 2000 (excl. VAT), allowing you to benefit from a price advantage. Nevertheless, every assignment has a unique starting point. We will be happy to advise you personally to find the right remuneration model for you.

Terms

The consulting hours can be used for one or several individual mandates.

Available against Prepayment. The Consulting services is edeemable within 24 months and expires without compensation.

Each individual assignement is subject to a Conflict of Interest checking. If we are unable to carry out the individual assignment, we will refund you the unspent pro rata amount

Fixed price CHF 2000 (excl. VAT)

On the occasion of a personal meeting, we will review the facts, decide how to proceed and, as far as possible, answer your initial questions. The initial consultation lasts about 20 minutes and is free of charge and non-binding.

If you agree with the content of the quote and the applicable mandate conditions, you issue us with the mandate as specified in the quote. If the mandate is subject to the granting of a power of attorney, we will send you information on how to sign it.

Once the mandate has been assigned and any necessary documents have been provided, we will carry out the mandate as described in the quotation. Under certain circumstances, the implementation may require further discussions and the exchange of several draft versions. The scope of the mandate can be found in the offer.
