Contract Review

Description

A prior contract review identifies legal risks and ensures that your contract complies with applicable laws and regulations, protects your interests, and clarifies any ambiguous wording. Whether you are dealing with a purchase, rental, employment or complex contract such as an acquisition or distribution agreement, we provide you with an in-depth analysis and customized advice to ensure that you are fully protected.

We will review and, if necessary, revise your draft contract. In a first step, we will clarify the facts of the case, answer legal questions and clarify the content of the contract in a detailed discussion. We will then review and revise the draft contract based on this information and send it to you for review. Thereafter, the contract will be finalized in one or two further meetings, depending on your needs. During these meetings, a negotiation strategy tailored to your needs can be developed and legal questions can be answered.

Negotiation support or further legal advice can be booked in addition. We also offer workshops on negotiation strategy so that you are optimally prepared for the upcoming negotiations.

On the occasion of a personal meeting, we will review the facts, decide how to proceed and, as far as possible, answer your initial questions. The initial consultation lasts about 20 minutes and is free of charge and non-binding.

If you agree with the content of the quote and the applicable mandate conditions, you issue us with the mandate as specified in the quote. If the mandate is subject to the granting of a power of attorney, we will send you information on how to sign it.

Once the mandate has been assigned and any necessary documents have been provided, we will carry out the mandate as described in the quotation. Under certain circumstances, the implementation may require further discussions and the exchange of several draft versions. The scope of the mandate can be found in the offer.
