Data Protection

Data Protection

We provide both legal advice and litigate in the areas of intellectual property, contracts, corporate law, ICT/IT and data protection.

Data Privacy Policy

Description

The legislator requires a privacy policy for various circumstances. This not only regulates the handling of personal data in connection with websites but should also apply to all processing procedures, e.g. also for application processes, for employees or for customers. We prepare a data privacy policy or review your existing one.

Scope

The package includes the drafting, review or amendment of a data protection declaration in either German or English as well as two detailed discussions of approx. 30 minutes each, one to clarify the facts and one to discuss and, if necessary, amend the data protection declaration.
Further advice on data protection can also be agreed. We are also happy to provide additional templates for compliance with data protection laws and language versions of the privacy policy at a fixed price by arrangement.
