General Terms and Conditions

Description

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the legal framework in various areas. In e-commerce and trade, they secure sales contracts, while service providers (e.g. craft businesses, IT service providers) use general terms and conditions to define services, remuneration and liability. For digital products such as software or mobile applications (SaaS, PaaS), general terms and conditions govern rights of use, licenses and liability. The application of general terms and conditions is as diverse as the business relationships themselves – Neubauer Law supports you in drafting customized general terms and conditions.

Scope

We create general terms and conditions tailored to your needs. In an initial step, we clarify the facts, answer legal questions and clarify the content of the terms and conditions in a detailed discussion. Based on this information, we will then draft the terms and conditions and send them to you for review. After that, the terms and conditions will be finalized in one or two further meetings, depending on your needs, and you will be trained in how to use them.
Depending on the particular case, it may take a different effort to create suitable terms and conditions. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized offer at a fixed price.
