Description

A stock corporation is suitable as a company structure for a wide variety of objectives, as the stock corporation offers great flexibility both in the structure of the organization and the shareholders. The ability of a stock corporation to raise capital makes it an excellent way of effectively injecting capital into a company. When choosing a stock corporation, however, it should also be kept in mind that it is associated with stricter regulatory requirements and increased administrative costs. Nevertheless, stock corporations have enormous significance when it comes to driving innovation thanks to their access to the capital markets.

Depending on your requirements and objectives, this may include articles of association, public deeds, corporate governance and other relevant documents and contracts that are required when setting up the company.

We are also happy to assist with matters between shareholders such as shareholder agreements, employee participation programs or financing rounds.

If you agree with the content of the quote and the applicable mandate conditions, you issue us with the mandate as specified in the quote. If the mandate is subject to the granting of a power of attorney, we will send you information on how to sign it.

Once the mandate has been assigned and any necessary documents have been provided, we will carry out the mandate as described in the quotation. Under certain circumstances, the implementation may require further discussions and the exchange of several draft versions. The scope of the mandate can be found in the offer.
