Workshop "IP Strategy"

Description

In an innovation-driven economy, a well thought-out intellectual property (IP) strategy is essential to effectively protect and make the best use of your company's intellectual property. A clear IP strategy not only supports the protection of your innovations against imitation, but also strengthens your market position and can make a decisive contribution to the value creation of your company. Our workshop on developing an IP strategy is designed to systematically achieve these goals. Through a structured approach, starting with the identification of your specific needs, through the development of a customized strategy document to the presentation and final agreement of the IP strategy, we ensure that your company has a solid foundation to effectively manage and secure intellectual property in the long term.

Scope

Together with the key people in your company, we identify the specific needs and goals for your IP strategy during a 2-hour kick-off meeting. Based on the results of the kick-off meeting, we develop a first version of the strategy paper that clearly defines your IP objectives and protection measures and contains detailed recommendations and action plans with which the strategy can be implemented. We present the results to your core team in a presentation. In a subsequent feedback round, you will have the opportunity to discuss changes to the strategy paper to ensure that all relevant aspects are taken into account. Afterwards, we will integrate the feedback received into the IP strategy paper and create a preliminary final version of your IP strategy that is optimally tailored to your needs. The Workshop "IP Strategy" is ideal for companies that have recognized the relevance of their intellectual property within their corporate strategy and want to develop a clear and actionable IP strategy.

On the occasion of a personal meeting, we will review the facts, decide how to proceed and, as far as possible, answer your initial questions. The initial consultation lasts about 20 minutes and is free of charge and non-binding.

If you agree with the content of the quote and the applicable mandate conditions, you issue us with the mandate as specified in the quote. If the mandate is subject to the granting of a power of attorney, we will send you information on how to sign it.

Once the mandate has been assigned and any necessary documents have been provided, we will carry out the mandate as described in the quotation. Under certain circumstances, the implementation may require further discussions and the exchange of several draft versions. The scope of the mandate can be found in the offer.
