The Workshop "Licensing" begins with a 1.5 hour presentation that covers the essential legal principles of license agreements. We will address the most important elements of the contract, including exclusivity, sublicensing, field definitions, terms and remuneration models. This presentation will provide you with the legal know-how necessary to understand and craft license agreements in line with your business objectives. The presentation will be followed by a 1-hour interactive workshop where we will work together to identify the specific requirements and objectives of your IP license agreements and develop customized license agreement strategies tailored to your individual needs so that your company can approach future license negotiations in a sound and strategically prepared manner. This workshop is ideal for companies looking to either in-license or out-license IP assets and want to be prepared to ensure that the agreed license agreements offer the greatest possible benefit and protection.

On the occasion of a personal meeting, we will review the facts, decide how to proceed and, as far as possible, answer your initial questions. The initial consultation lasts about 20 minutes and is free of charge and non-binding.

If you agree with the content of the quote and the applicable mandate conditions, you issue us with the mandate as specified in the quote. If the mandate is subject to the granting of a power of attorney, we will send you information on how to sign it.

Once the mandate has been assigned and any necessary documents have been provided, we will carry out the mandate as described in the quotation. Under certain circumstances, the implementation may require further discussions and the exchange of several draft versions. The scope of the mandate can be found in the offer.
